The main difficulty of the project was to describe a complex product in a simple enough language. Also, business processes were completely offline. In the course of the work we had to digitize them and put together piece by piece.

As part of the design concept, we used the idea of applying different graphics, depending on which audience is being addressed.

We also updated the logo: corrected the composition, typography, developed new versions for different situations. At the same time we kept the familiar recognition for old customers.

We designed the business processes of the organization and configured Bitrix24 so that all the functionality of the system could be correctly used by employees.

Advertising management

  1. We connected advertising accounts of Technodar Group to the largest information resource in the industry. It allowed us to show ads to the target audience only.
  2. We have published several informational articles in major media for the main requests of the target audience. We identified those who read the materials as potentially interested users.
  3. We have set up the collection of data about site visitors via the server. Now ad blockers and other systems do not restrict our access to user data.
  4. Using the API, we send user data to all advertising systems at the last stages of the funnel. So we pay only for users who sign up for the demonstration of the system, fill out the TOR, negotiate the project and buy services or equipment from Technodar Group

Several systems can be used as databases at the same time: CRM, Roistat, CDP.

Each system has its own algorithms and settings for processing the received data. The main task is the dynamic compilation of segments according to the parameters we are interested in.

After that the segments are integrated into pre-prepared advertising cabinets. Each segment sees personalized advertising: context, email newsletters, chatbots and messengers.

After the first iteration of training the algorithms cost per lead halved. After more thorough training by API (for example, sending confirmation of demand to yandex and vk) cost per lead became even lower.

As a result, we paid only for interested users and did not pay for garbage traffic: job seekers, mass media, third-party salesmen, etc.
